Ingredients for Aloo Parantha:
For Dough:
• 2 cups wheat flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1/2 teaspoon oil
For stuffing:
• 4 medium-sized boiled potatoes
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ¼ tsp mango powder
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp red chilly powder
• 2 pieces of chopped green chili
• Chopped coriander leaves
• Oil/ ghee for Cooking
How to make Aloo Parantha:
Kneading the dough:
• Put whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water little at a time and knead the dough till it becomes soft, pliable and smooth in texture.
• Put some oil all over the dough and smoothen the dough little bit more. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s prepare our stuffing.
